Martha was born and raised in Detroit, MI where she attended Crockett Vocational College for Cosmetology. Upon graduating, Martha quickly excelled in her God-given gift of creating stunning hairstyles that would later win many hair competitions. She since has traveled the world as a successful Entrepreneur while designing top notch hairstyles for hair shows, television, runway, live music recordings, weddings, and print. Her elite list of clients include motivational speakers, pastors, gospel singers, and NFL & NBA wives. She is passionately given the name “Martha the Hairstylist” by her fellow Detroit natives and participated in the “Hump the Grinder” Hair Wars. Her signature head turning hairstyles has earned her great honor and respect as a true trendsetter and leader in the beauty industry. Martha’s excessive love for hair, beauty, and natural health has fueled her mission to build up others through providing education on looking and feeling great from the inside out.
